The Brewers of Europe Forum 2018 presentations are now available on BrewUp!
Last month, on the 07th and 08th of June, 800 representatives of the brewing sector, from Europe and beyond, gathered in Brussels, Belgium, on the occasion of the first ever The Brewers of Europe Forum. Enthusiasts speakers and exhibitors discussed the future of the brewing scene and explored areas such as brewing and beer quality, marketing and innovation, beer and food pairing, changing consumers and their expectations. The Forum also hosted the EBC Symposium on Filtration, where brewers and researchers presented the latest – and upcoming – developments in filtration techniques.
